Terms and Conditions.

Refund/Terms; Contact us by e-mail: wkwoodartist@gmail.com for returns. Provide name, address and the item description to be returned. Items to be returned in original packing where possible within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be honoured should there be an error on our part only. Returned postage will be refunded as our couriers rates for standard delivery cost. Damaged items in transit will be covered by the couriers insurance and redeemed through their refund process. When you place an order to make a purchase from us, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Your order is then deemed to be an offer for the purchase of a product which is then accepted by a confirmation' email sent from us to you. Your order will then be processed from payment. Due to any unforeseen circumstance all products described on this website, maybe edited or removed without notice. Cancelled orders by us will not incur any cost to you and full reimbursement will be offered for purchased items.

Delivery.

Prints and Canvases are printed and dispatched usually within 7-14 days after your payment has been accepted for locations within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. For all other World destinations, we will endeavour to print and dispatch your item or items within 14-21 days or even sooner where practical to do so. If you require a fast track service, please CONTACT us with the details of your requirements and we will try to arrange a rapid delivery for you. There will be an additional charge for this service.
